Belling the Cat
The Mice once called a meeting to decide on a plan to free themselves of their enemy, the Cat. At least they wished to find some way of knowing when she was coming, so they might have time to run away. Indeed, something had to be done, for they lived in such constant fear of her claws that they hardly dared stir from their dens by night or day.
Many plans were discussed, but none of them was thought good enough. At last a very young Mouse got up and said: "I have a plan that seems very simple, but I know it will be successful. All we have to do is to hang a bell about the Cat's neck. When we hear the bell ringing we will know immediately that our enemy is coming."
All the Mice were much surprised that they had not thought of such a plan before. But in the midst of the rejoicing over their good fortune, an old Mouse arose and said: "I will say that the plan of the young Mouse is very good. But let me ask one question: Who will bell the Cat?"
Moral Lesson : "It is one thing to say that something should be done, but quite a differentThe Young Crab and His Mother
"Why in the world do you walk sideways like that?" said a Mother Crab to her son. "You should always walk straight forward with your toes turned out."
"Show me how to walk, mother dear," answered the little Crab obediently, "I want to learn."
So the old Crab tried and tried to walk straight forward. But she could walk sideways only, like her son. And when she wanted to turn her toes out she tripped and fell on her nose.
Moral Lesson : "Do not tell others how to act unless you can set a good example."
Reflection: Do not condemned others because nobody's perfect. You should know what is right so that others will follow you. Be a good model to your younger brothers and sisters so that they will know what is right and wrong. Don't tease other people that they can't do it because we don't know you can't also not do it. Don't be too confident enough of yourself that you know everything and you are a perfect person.

A Fox without a tail
A fox was once caught in a trap. It was only after a tough struggle that she could get free. But, to her sorrow, her beautiful tail had been cut off and left in the trap.
"How ugly I shall look!" moaned the fox, " won't the other foxes laugh at me ?"
Thinking hard, the fox hit upon a plan to save herself from being laughed at. She called a meeting of his friends and said, "Brothers! have you ever wondered why after all, we carry these long tails?" Let us cut them off and be free from their nuisance."
But the other foxes had noticed her cut-off tail. They laughed aloud and replied, "You used to say that tails looked very fine when your own was all right. Now that you have lost yours, you want us to lose ours too."
MORAL : Dirty tricks seldom work.
The Ant and the Grasshopper
On one fine summer's day in a field a Grasshopper was hopping about in a musical mood. An ant passed by bearing along with great toil an ear of corn he was taking to the nest.
The grasshopper invited the ant to sit for a chat with him. But the ant refused saying that "I’m storing up food for winter". " Why don’t you do the same?" asked the ant to the grasshopper.
"Pooh! Why bother about winter?" said the Grasshopper; we have got enough food at present." But the Ant went on its way and continued its toil. Finally, when winter came, the Grasshopper found itself dying of hunger, while it saw the ants distributing corn and grain from their storage.
Then the Grasshopper understood that…
It is best to prepare for the days of necessity.
MORAL LESSON: As what Grasshoper understood, It is best to prepare for the days of necessity.
REFLECTION: In life, you should be prepared always because we don't know what will happen in the future and you might regret what will happen if you are not prepared. You should be ready to face all the challenges and struggles in life. Don't wait for the exact time that it will happen just be ready so that you will not be sad and you will not regret because you are not prepared. Just be prepared always for a better life.

The Tortoise and Hare
The hare was once boasting of his speed before the other animals. "I have never yet been beaten," said he, "when I put forth my full speed. I challenge anyone here to race with me." The tortoise said quietly, "I accept your challenge." "That is a good joke," said the hare. "I could dance around you all the way." "Keep your boasting until you've beaten," answered the tortoise. "Shall we race?" So a course was fixed and a start was made. The hare darted almost out of sight at once, but soon stopped and, to show his contempt for the tortoise, lay down to have a nap. The tortoise plodded on and plodded on, and when the hare awoke from his nap, he saw the tortoise nearing the finish line, and he could not catch up in time to save the race. Plodding wins the race.
MORAL LESSON: Sometimes bigger and faster can be a winner but sometimes smaller and slower too.
REFLECTION: Some of us are too proud of ourselves. We are boastful enough to tell what we can do and what others can't do. Everyone of us has our strength and weakness. Don't be to confident to win a competition if you know that your opponent is weaker than you. Don't underestimate other people because success is not determined by your strength but your willingness on winning.
Right Choice
The Crow and The Pitcher
In a spell of dry weather, when the Birds could find very little to drink, a thirsty Crow found a pitcher with a little water in it. But the pitcher was high and had a narrow neck, and no matter how he tried, the Crow could not reach the water. The poor thing felt as if he must die of thirst.
Then an idea came to him. Picking up some small pebbles, he dropped them into the pitcher one by one. With each pebble the water rose a little higher until at last it was near enough so he could drink.

The Dog and His Reflection

Villain might be evil and misguided in their goals and intentions, but, deep down, villain are people too. They have a heart filled with hopes and fears just like anyone else and seek to share their lives with someone special, even if, for now it's a robotic fish bowl. They should not judge the book by its cover. Even though that person is bad we don't even now what he feel inside. They also want to help people, they want someone to be happy. They are not always thinking of there selves they also think of others. Don't you ever feel them that they are worthless and useless here in the world because they are humans too.

August 27, 2010 marks the day that the 2nd year students (SOPHOMORES) will be having their Educational Tour around Malaybalay, Maramag City. Before that day August 26 I was so excited because the next day is our field trip. We had our freedom to enjoy and had fun. When time goes by it's already night time I was busy preparing my things for the trip. I think I can't sleep because of my excitement but then I falled asleep.
When I woke in the morning I felt happy because this is the day that I'll gonna enjoy. I woke up 3:30 in the morning. I prepare myself for the trip, I took a bath, ate my breakfast, dressed up, brushed my teeth, comb my hair, and etc. I rode at our own vehicle at exactly 4:15 in the morning, It was too cold. Then, we arrived at our assembly area. Our teachers told us to go to our respective vans. I had hard time looking up for our van but i saw it. I was assigned at van # 5 the coolest batch of students. My companions their in our van are the following students Josie, Paola, Alyssa, Donnalyn, Shaira, Jhannie, Claire, Darell, Rain, Arvydaz, Mark Dave, Phillip, Jackie, Zykem, Mark Howell and our chaperon Mrs. Duites. I really had fun bond with them. Then, at exactly 5:00 in the morning we leaved. Then we start to pray the rosary to ask for the guidance of God. We had 11 destinations to go. Our first destination is in PJ 23rd Seminary / Carmelite Chapel, there we took pictures, ate our breakfast and pray at the chapel. Our second destination is in Bukidnon State University (BSU) in there we tour around there school, we met new friends and we are so amazed because of their warmth welcome, It was unexpected. Then, we went to Kaamulan Grounds we enjoy taking pictures there and the place is very fresh. Our next destination is in Sangguiniang Panlalawigan, I honestly say I was bored there because it was so quiet you can't even make a single noise. Then, we went to San Isidro College we saw a lot of things there and it was a good school. We enjoy going up and down the stairs. Next, we went to RR Spring Resort I really enjoyed there because they have lots of pools, slides and you can even catch fishes. I enjoyed taking pictures there.
We are so excited to our next to destination because they say that is the view point of the trip. We went to Waig Spring Resort, in there we swim, eat our lunch and rode on the cable car. I enjoyed watching my friends swimming. I only watched them because I was not allowed to swim there because its my parents' decision. I really enjoyed riding the cable car because that was my first time. We spent a long time there. Then, next we went to Crystal Sugar Milling in there it has a bad smell and a big machines I ever saw in my whole life. And our last destination is in CMU we did drop by in our van. We only turn the CMU inside our vans. As I notice the place there is clean. But then, before we board home we stopped at a fruit stand I think. We enjoy buying there. We were not able to went to Transfiguration Chapel because it is out of time. Then, we board home. We are so enjoy in our van, we take pictures, talk, listen to musics, laugh, sing and we share our foods. I MAJOR MAJOR enjoyed that trip.
